So I forgot to mention--I tried cuy (guinea pig) this weekend! Kristen and I had a half a cuy and it was interesting. It didn't quite taste like chicken--I was told more like duck, but I have not had duck so you will have to take their word on it. The organs were also served for us to eat on a plate of toasted corn. I didn't quite have the courage to try those though.

Guniea Pig Time
